- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to put one star to even leave a review. After being a bank customer for 30 years, and having fought to re-establish credit by paying off a car loan, I was turned down because I needed a co-signer and my co-signer had a fair credit score. Considering the ran only one credit check with Equifax (where have I heard that name recently?) and the company defrauded millions of consumers I find the whole situation ironic that someone paying their debts is a credit risk. I will start looking for a new bank.By John York, August 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Seriously? This bank's only advantage is that the drive through people are nice. We went in one day to set up a payment plan on line. The banker was less than interested in helping us, gave us false information that tied our funds up for weeks, and gave us the bums rush because she had to leave for lunch. When I went back in to straighten out the situation the bank manager asked me to sit there while he "fixed the problem" , only to find the same issue recurred- again tying our funds up for weeks.... can you please hire helpful, knowledgeable, midlevel management?
