  It's garbage. No communication. Tried to file a cell phone insurance claim for 3 weeks and they keep sending the wrong info. I've called and asked to speak to the manager or a Banker multiple times. They're too busy and will call me back. 3 days I've called and heard nothing back. Angie that works there told me that if I'm not physically in the store then im not top priority. Thanks after 6 years of being a customer I will no longer bank with Wells Fargo. I'm switching as soon as I get this taken care of. I finally got in touch with the manager and he was rude and had an attitude and instead of trying to help me he kept cutting me off telling me he couldn't do anything without me in there. I understand that but don't be a dick about it. Very unprofessional and can't wait to get it finished so I can leave.

  I go almost everyday to deposit for work and the staff is friendly, the wait is short, and they don't bug you to sign up for a new account too often. The perfect bank.
