- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I despise BB&T, locations and the bank as a whole. You'll see why. I've had personal and business accounts with them. Their customer service (95% of the time) is absolutely shameful. They are also one of the few banks that charge people ($8 DOLLARS) to cash checks against their members if they are not an account holder themselves. You definitely don't want to pay employees with checks from these guys.By David, August 29, 2017
