- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I love the tellers at the counter and when I say ever teller has great customer service I mean that. My issue is with whoever is supposed to answer the incoming calls to the branch. This Branch is the closest one to my home and when I have issues and am unable to physically come to this branch I can NEVER and I mean absolutely NEVER get anyone on the phone... on the webpg here it even says its closed today but they are open until 7... new management please! How can you call for customer service with the people you're familiar with if there is never an answered call?!?By Danielle Lykes, June 18, 2017
