- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆By far the WORST bank I have ever dealt with!!.. The customer service at this location is shameful and unprofessional. I was really surprised that this was the case considering this is the hub corporate branch but I will never be back there and I will be closing my account as soon as my direct deposits clear! Specifically I dealt with Jacqueline who was very sarcastic and gave me weird looks even before I discussed my problem with her.. She did not clearly show an understanding of what I was discussing with my acct so I asked for a manager.. She said "he will say the same thing I'm saying" as if she is in charge of things not him. When the mgr. Clay came out he was almost shaking as if intimidated by this lady.. Whatever she told him made him nervous and he did exactly what she said then told me she made some adjustments on my acct that I knew nothing about because she never said anything. Ive only had the acct a few mths and I regret leaving Bank of America. This was the worst experience I have had at Wells Fargo and I cannot wait to close this acct.By Shirel Summers, March 06, 2017
