- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had prepaid parcels shipped to this store before so I didn't have to be home to sign for them and I could pick them up without a charge. This morning I picked up a prepaid parcel and there was a $10.00 charge before they would give me my parcel. I thought prepaid meant prepaid but obviously at this store it means a $10.00 charge.By Bill Buck, April 10, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff has always been super helpful and accommodating throughout seven years of doing personal and commercial business with them. I was prompted to leave this review as they recently did make a small mistake on an order. Notice, the 5 Star rating is maintained. The mistake was relatively minor, and I did not ask for the order to be redone as it was something that although an inconvenience, could've been managed. They immediately sprung to action redoing my entire order without complaint. That was incredibly impressing to me! Thanks guys!!By K. C. Alexander, January 25, 2017
