  DO NOT allow this store to provide your packaging or other business needs! I shipped an important personal document through this store that I discovered had been lost after an attempt to track the package. I contacted the store and spoke with Jeremy, who told me to come in for a refund. When I arrived at the store, the manager - JOSHUA HOLDEN attempted to shift blame and tell me that they were not responsible for refunding my money. When I told him what Jeremy stated, Jeremy decided to chime in and say "no I didn't." JOSHUA HOLDEN, the manager handled the situation completely wrong. Instead of apologizing for the error, he passed blame and stated that they were not UPS (although he was wearing a shirt that said "The UPS store") and was very rude about assisting me with my refund. He refused to talk to me and after finally deciding to refund my money (which he should have just done in the first place), he told me that I must be a manager at Wal-Mart and that I was hard up for $10. No JOSHUA HOLDEN, it is NOT about the $10, its about principles!!! I had the right to be upset about my lost package and JOSHUA HOLDEN made matters even worse! Do yourself a favor and patronize the other companies out there for your shipping needs. JOSHUA HOLDEN needs to be fired or demoted until he receives management 101 training.
