- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've always had a great experience; customer service and work quality wise. There is a very comfortable waiting area with a playroom for the children. The one time that there was a miscommunication with my vehicle, a service rep came back to work from home, handled the issue satisfactorily, and took care of the cost for my service on my vehicle. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has been a terrible experience. I took my truck in for 150k servicing. They accidentally put a dent in my back panel over the wheel. Took a week to fix that and then when I got it back the body shop had messed up more on my doors! And oh by the way, within a day after getting it back my check air bag light goes off. Is this just a coincidence? Seems suspect. When you take a truck to a shade tree mechanic you expect issues. This is the dealer! Very very disappointing. The customer service guy who talked with me is nice and not his fault the mechanics are so terrible. Not sure I will ever go back for service.By Kevin Linzey, November 04, 2016
