- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have no problem victimizing the victim! They distribute counterfeit twenty dollar bills in their ATM's. This happened to both me and my mother in law...different ATM's, different weeks. They refuse to exchange bills so basically hard-working folks are paying the price and AllSouth earns a cool $20 every time. Shame! I was literally told, "It doesn't matter who you talk to...you can fill out the form but you won't get any money back."By Sheila Bowen, January 07, 2017
