- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I operate a business that DOES not have a receptacle for mail and have ALWAYS used a PO Box. On my labels, I list my business name, PO Box, Street Address (for my customers), City, State, and Zip. I have reversed the order and put the PO Box closest to the City, State, and Zip AND I STILL GET TREMENDOUSLY DELAYED MAIL STATING "NO RECECTACLE"!!!! I have called and was told by three different people to change it back and forth, back and forth. This is a fine example of our tax dollars at work....in the process, my customers' payments are going lake because so many people/carriers, etc just don't care.
