- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Upon reading the previous reviews, I was mortified! Customer service is huge deal to me in every aspect of my life. This afternoon, I entered into the building very skeptical. I've been waiting approximately 30 minutes for a temporary nursing license and every single person I've encountered has been very kind and courteous. I am impressed! I am in no way discrediting the experiences of the other reviewers. Perhaps management has since then provided customer service/sensitivity training.By Erie McCray, September 24, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It took over a month to get a response from Ms. Edwina Garrett or really anyone there. Sometimes she wasn't even "available" over the phone, nobody but her could help, or they wouldn't even pick up the phone. Emails never responded in time, most of the time weeks later. I'm about to lose a job opportunity because they will not release my license number a month after having passed my boards.
