  PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS HR BLOCK!!!! I went into this store and was treated horribly. I didn't feel comfortable paying the $95.00 I was told I had to pay to file and no one made it clear as to why I had to pay so much when previous years I knew I payed less. My "tax professional" then asked another cowork, "can you get this guy's s.s. number to look up how much he paid for his taxes last year." He thought last year taxes was 93 dollars to file and he couldn't look to see what I paid last year then my tax professional said it was 95 last year then the lady at the front desk said you could pull up what was paid to file the taxes from the previous year. I then asked the tax Manger (who was working on my account last name Benet) to just stop the transaction. She looked at me crazy then proceeded to cancel the transaction. Once she finished she said nothing and just looked so I asked if I was all good to go she then replied saying, "can I have my pen back?" I said sure handed her pen back to her and preceeded to leave the store. Then mrs.Benet asked as I was leaving if there was a problem because as I was leaving her desk I grabbed one of her business cards. I started to express my concerns but couldn't because she would rudely interrupt me when I was talking. I said, "you asked if there was a problem now let me tell you my concerns" then another worker intruded himself into our conversation saying I was bullying her and he was going to stick up for her. (His name was clevon) I told him this matter didn't concern him and he should stick to his business and not mine. I also told him that she asked if there was a problem and I was simply explaining why I felt fouled by the price difference knowing I paid less last year. He got closer and closer to me raising his voice and trying to talk over me as if I'm NOT THE CUSTOMER and as if I wasn't already talking to a manner!! He then asked me to leave the store I asked if I could continue to have a conversation with the Manger and looked at her. She had a look on her face like your heard what he said. So I left. They called the police on me. This store has the worse customer service I have had since ive been able to file my taxes and would recommend you visiting another h&r block. If they treated me that way I can only imagine how many people go through all the trouble to figure out where their hard earned money is going. I am military and don't deserve to be treated in the manner i was treated. They were rude and extremely and utterly disrespectful and unprofessional and is a horrible represention of h&r block.
