  I am not happy with the way an officer of the law treated my mother! My mother called Highway Patrol for help after a recliner fell out of a bed of truck and put her in a ditch on the side of the interstate, her information was taken and told an office would return her call shorty. She received that phone call in a timely manner however the office told my mother he couldn't help her because he was really too busy with other accidents. He did tell her to go to the local DMV ask for an accident report and she can turn that into her insurance. When did the people who took an oath to protect and serve become too busy to help an elderly lady that has just been put into a ditch on a busy highway???? We all have jobs, we all get busy, but not all of us have the power in our job to protect and serve or for heaven sake just help! Not happy with today's events with this particular officer of the law!!! You need to step it up!
